Description
Design system for an online marketplace in the logistics industry.

Role
I created the design system from scratch and led developers for the implementation.
Process
When I started working at xChange, I identified the need for a more structured approach to the UI. I set up the design system while working on new and existing features. I wrote tickets and documented everything, while working closely together with the developers for the realization. With qualitative and quantitative user research, I continuously improved components.
