The first screen sets the tone and in the first screen you can see the old version that lacked visual and functional polish. To the right, I explored new design directions to make the public area more engaging, informative, and aligned with user expectations.
I improved task readability and usability by introducing visual dividers and enhancing color coding for status indicators, increasing clarity and aligning with the broader app design language.
As part of a hackathon, I designed gamification elements like achievements to drive engagement and increase metrics such as daily active users and app opens.
I created interactive chatbot flows in Figma, demonstrating different use cases and their potential for guiding users through structured interactions.
